We then went on to lie on a beach for a week so have just got back. The difference between Provence and my off road bike ride this morning in the Chilterns couldn't have been greater. Here is was cold and it rained, in Provence it was the opposite. At the end of the day there all I had to do was sort out a shower or swim and a glass of wine. This morning I had to wash my bike down and then myself. Once I've worked out how to download and email my photos I'll see if I'm technically up to putting some of them on this site. In the meantime a big thank you to Mike and Nambh(have I spelt that right?) and to all the other group members for being such great company all week. David and Cathy.
