Outward:

Our Umbria tour starts from Sovana. The closest train station is Orvieto. Orvieto can be reached by train from Pisa / Florence airports, but is better served from Rome.

Rome is served by two airports, Rome Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci airport) and Rome Ciampino. In both cases you have to get from the airport to the central Rome train station, Rome Termini.

Rome Fiumicino. Shuttle buses travel between the airport and the train station at Fiumicino. Trains between Fiumicino and Rome are frequent and fast, e.g. the 14.08 departure, arriving at 14.40.

Rome Ciampino. Coaches travel regularly from the airport directly to Rome Termini (for example, Terrravision run a coach every 20 minutes, and there are other coach services.

Inward:

We organise transfers from Cortona to meet the 10.32 departure from Camucia-Cortona to Rome Termini.

Travelling From Local Airport
